Preparing for competition can be nerve wrecking. When Thug Rose and Brandon Moreno walked into the cage for their champion fight, they had one thing in common: they walked in repeating the same affirmation, “I am the best”. Elite fighters are very intentional about the affirmations they tell themselves. We are what we constantly tell ourselves. What are you telling yourself in your head? Is it positive?
